"I have nothing but great things to say about Decks & Docks! The first time I went here was summer '21, when I met John Miller, the manager. He was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and offered a ton of ideas and tips while being low pressure. Now that the weather has cooled off, I went back with my husband and we ordered a bunch of WearDeck. John again was so friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we have the supplies we need in addition to the decking. We are excited to take delivery and get started on our projects. Sometimes it can be uncomfortable going to construction supply businesses. I've found a lot of men -- who make up the majority of owners, managers and employees -- are not the greatest at customer service, and some can be very awkward communicating with women. You will not deal with this at D&D, and can be assured of a pleasant experience start to finish!"
"The BEST Customer Service!!! We found this location while looking online for composite decking. My wife and I went for one fascia board and ended up getting a lot more! They have everything in stock. They blow away the big box stores!! Once you go to the Orlando location, you won't shop anywhere else. I couldn't fit all of my order in my car so they offered to deliver it for me! Oscar is incredible to deal with. Give these guys a shot, you won't regret it!!!"
