"Our new flooring is beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. Darlene is terrific to work with -- knowledgeable, responsive and a real perfectionist. Even with hiccups that were out of her control (supply chain issues, grrrrr) Darlene bent over backwards to get our materials and make it right. The installers were professional and courteous, with great attention to detail. And the results are gorgeous. HIGHLY recommend!"

"All I can say is WOW! We absolutely LOVE our floors! The first thing everyone says when they walk in is, " Who did your floors? They are gorgeous!". We had no idea what we wanted and Darlene guided us through the whole process! She came up with some very intricate details in our foyer and bar area. The installers are very professional and fast and are true tradesmen, which is hard to find these days! Darlene is very professional and knowlegable and extremely artistic (did I mention she is also very fun?). Thanks so much for making our home not only beautiful but also very warm and welcoming!! Latitude Flooring gained 3 customers after friends saw our floors!"

"After moving into our house and making our final payment, Latitude flooring has become a ghost. Unfinished work. Going on 6 months now. Twice I’ve given them samples to match for trim out. Twice they’ve brought the wrong material. And after listen to them constantly saying “not to tape paper to the floor because the tape can harm the finish, they taped paper to the inside finish of my elevator and ruined it. Still have loose stairs they installed. For all the experts and awesome people they proclaimed, I’ve not been the recipient of any of their talents. If you use them don’t let go of your money until they are done done. Very disappointing experience."
