"After driving 10 miles to their store and showing my old pipe to the salesman he promptly sold me the wrong part without even examining my old part. Then after driving home and noticing the part was wrong i proceeded to drive back again , and this time he said " They don't make those anymore" Why not tell me that the first time? Wasted a whole morning and when i called to complain put me on hold for 10 minutes and said her manager was at a meeting . Don't even deserve 1 star ."

"Staff is very helpful but several times at this location they are out of stock on common parts such as 4 inch 2 way cleanouts or parts for their AO Smith water heaters. Its a clean well organized parts house"
