"My wife had an emergency vet appointment and I called Rosario’s to cancel her appointment. It was an actual emergency. The woman on the phone did not mention a penalty fee but said ok and when I attempted to reschedule for my wife but she was “Away on Personal Business”. For me she presented as wanting to argue but said nothing more. As my wife returned from the Vet she contacted this woman and attempted to reschedule the missed appointment. My wife honestly felt bad and but she was able to reschedule her service for the next day. When my wife arrived for her appointment, the woman was cold, distant and unpleasant. My wife when she returned home said that the woman added an additional $25.00 for the immediate cancellation/penalty, which was called in and again she said nothing. I saw my wife’s nails and the charge of $85.00 was horrendous and most definitely unacceptable.The fee should have been discussed prior to beginning the service. If I would have known this I would have prompted my wife to leave. My wife’s nails are not in good taste and the job done is not to her satisfaction. I will not stand by and have my wife taken advantage of because of an emergency situation and without knowing that this NAIL SALON is more concerned about HER MONEY rather than customer service is an embarrassment to the Winter Haven community of business owners. I will personally not recommend this organization and speak of and to the callousness and thirst for money over customer service."
