"My sister went for an eyebrow wax just to get the outer spots waxed,she came back home with no eyebrow tails and her brows ruined. She had a pretty natural shaped brow before going in.Came out looking like my 5 yr old waxed her brows. Please avoid this salon the owner does not know what she is doing in regards to waxing. Just stick to haircuts please. She had a nasty attitude , very unprofessional."

"I walked in asked if she did waxing for eyebrows, she said yes take a seat… I asked specifically for a “clean ONLY I want to keep my natural shape.” She said “I can do that for you” she’s done…and as soon as she hands me the mirror my eyebrows are thin and it’s not the shape as when I walked in. I tell her this is not what I asked her… she started screaming at me telling me this is what I asked and to draw in my eyebrows and saying that she’s the owner and put her business card right in my face. I felt embarrassed, there was a lady witnessing everything. And on top of everything her wax was old and her salon is very unsanitary. When it came down to paying her I gave her my card and asked for my PIN number and she typed it in herself. Very bad customer service. Will NEVER stop by again. This is my first time giving a 1 star review… If I walked in with “bad attitude” why didn’t you refuse the service ma’am."

"I was in distress over getting my bangs trimmed before New Year's and Theresa was able to accommodate the schedule to have me pop in last minute and get them done in time. She's such a pro - over 20 years experience and it shows in her hospitality and talent! So grateful to have called her in my time of need and will become a regular. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to get the royal treatment with a big heart to come here! Thank you!"
