"They are getting one star because it doesn’t allow me to post with out putting one but I give it zero stars.Horrible service. They wanted me to wait an additional 1 hour because the girl messed up or didn’t understand what service I asked for. On top the girl acts like I didn’t just see her fill up the clear bottle with water because they didn’t have anymore of the liquid they apply before having you was your hands as the other girl is watching me to see if I noticed. Then another girl didn’t even clean around my niece nails. She then gets upset because I couldn’t understand what she was asking so another worker had to help her out. Messing environment (counter tops are filthy and works are eating and not even washing their hands after) They have lost a loyal customer. Lastly the receptionist guy disrespectful, rude, and loud. He then ask me to pretty much shut up and respect. I said no I wasn’t because I’m paying for my service and obleas he stops talking to me and charge me I wasn’t going to shut up. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"These nails are only 2 days old . They are melting off my nails . The nail polish that they are using is dry old expired and dangerous when they put my nail under the UV light if burned . They put a satin finish on it and the paint underneath top layer of the nail was still wet . When I left my nails look beautiful, and they felt dry. hours later they started to bubble up and peel off then crack off . Icing on the cake is when I went back to tell the store owner he was so rude about the whole thing. He he tried to blame me he refused to listen to me explain what happened, but he did redo my nails and once again this happened!! This is dangerous chemical mix. I won’t go back ever again."
