They have two locations in Troy and both are clean, well appointed, and have top of the line/updated chairs. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. "I've been coming to echo nails for the past 16 years gone through three managements. And I always had a fair good service not perfect. Last night I came in and it was late and the girl said that's okay they would still do my nails and a pedicure at the same time because it was late. I got yelled at one of the owners name Anna. She accused me of purposely messing up my nails as she was using the UV lighting, It was a new nail and obviously it was burning. I took it out to fast. She also said that I needed to make sure the UV light was on. I thought that was her job.She even warned me if I ask her one more time to put the gel close to my cuticle she wouldn't do my nails anymore. I had never needed to tell her that.She's the only one there that knows how to do the UV gel nails. She didn't finish my nails, I still have old polish and dirty grinding material underneath the gel.left there crying and I told the girl that was doing my pedicure that she didn't have to do anymore I didn't want to stay there any longer. I even invited this lady to my wedding. I pay over $150 to have a pedicure and a full set and she had me crying. I was just so shocked that she would come up with these false accusations why would I $150 is not pocket change. You might have the same experience someday if she's having a bad day. That's all I can think that was wrong with her."
