"I brought my daughter here in hopes to have a relaxing pedicure and gel manicure. They had nearly 950 reviews at a 4.7 so I thought we were in good hands. My daughter had an incredibly tough week and we were really looking forward to it. She had the absolute WORST pedicure ever in the last 15 years. The guy who I believe could have been the owner barely spent 25 minutes for a 45 minute pedicure. He didn't clip or trim her toes, buff her heels; he simply just didn't focus or seem to care. He was on his phone ON SPEAKER while barely paying attention to what he was doing. He left her multiple times to continue to talk on the phone. I politely explained to the nice woman who did my pedicure my daughters experience and she acknowledged. Yet - they still charged us for her pedicure. I'm not one to refuse to pay a service although I should have - but it's bad karma so I paid and tipped. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone and I will tell everyone in my circle so they never make the mistake we made."

"Five stars for this hidden GEM of a nail salon. I happened to stumble upon them while exploring shopping plazas in my new town of Lake Mary. I was looking for a place that had SNS dip powders. Hanna did a gorgeous job on my French manicure in pink and white. Mine are simple but I know they do the artistic designs too. They are so friendly and prices are very reasonable. I will be a regular customer!"

"I get my nails and toes done by John, I love him!! He makes sure my cuticles are cut down and my nails are perfect! He is my go to nail tech, his daughter, Rose, she also does amazing work, I have yet to go to her but I will definitely get my nails done by her one day!! Im getting my eyebrows and lashes done by him as well today and Im very happy with the services I received! The vibe here is so relaxing, they give complimentary wine to me and sodas and water, I love it here and I always feel so pampered and welcomed!!!"

"I’m super picky about my nails. I don’t live in this area so I booked here after reading the reviews. Jon and Hannah both worked on my nails and they came out perfect!! I was scared going somewhere new but I would definitely come back next time I’m in the area! They came out better than the picture I showed them and very elegant. I also got a pedicure with Teresa and she took her time and did a really great job!"
