"This was the perfect experience for us. We did two half days with Phillip to fish with my wife and our small children. We had non-stop action that included getting into a variety of fish that our kids could catch, brought a good deal of meat home to cook, as well as getting into some monsters the second day. We were even able to go to a sand bar and swim to take a little break. The boat was large and nice, great jams, and non-stop fish. I would highly suggest for family outings or experienced fishers."

"Had a great 6-hour fishing trip with Captain Philip! He was awesome and he took us straight to the fish…we were catching a wide variety of fish from the first moment we had poles in the water! He was very patient and helped and showed each of us what to do…even as a few of us dealt with motion sickness. Not only was he busy doing everything with the boat, baiting hooks, and retrieving fish…but he even fetched and opened beers for us! "If you're fishing off Anna Maria Island, I highly recommend Captain Philips' Just Kickin Back Charters. My family and I were down there for 8 days over 2020 spring break. While we were down there, we went on two trips with Captain Philips. The first was a 4 hour trip with my family of 4, including my 7r old son. Captain Philips made the experience an unforgettable one for my son which was fishing ocean waters for the first time! Great way to start the trip. Our second trip out a couple days later was with the men. Three of us went out for an 8 hour day for some serious fishing. Captain Philip put us on the fish right away once out to deep waters! Several types of Snapper, heavyweight Groupers, and numerous other species living in the depths filled our day out. Fantastic day out with the guys!
