"This is a legit, full-service tool store. Very broad selection of books tools from off-brand to expensive European brands like Festool and Mirka. They’re very knowledgeable and accepted a return when I was dissatisfied. They facilitated factory repair of an expensive Festool track saw. And they help with saw blade sharpening as well. This a great local resource."
"First time visit. Probably my last. Came in to see about a new SawStop saw and was in store for 20 minutes. Only customer for the last 10. Not one time was I offered any help at all. Workers were too busy talking amongst themselves to worry about sales. Not my job to come find them. Really disappointed in the complete lack of customer service. You can really tell when employees are paid by the hour. I will just purchase online and have it delivered."
