"I found this nail salon on google in April of 2023 and have been coming here every month since ! Amazing customer service and talented nail creators. I say creators because any design or style I request is completed. I live in Gainesville and PURPOSELY come to Ocala just to be serviced by the people here."

"I’ve been coming to magic nails for about a year now since there were the two guys working in the front. I had my first experience with Kelley doing my nails about 6-7 months ago. She does such an amazing job and always executes whatever design I show her. The last 3x that I’ve scheduled my appointment for a fill and a design, I always leave with just a simple gel polish because I feel as though I’m being rushed because of other clientele that was scheduled behind me or walking in. It takes me a minute to decide the design I want and for her to understand because this is not my industry and I do not know the correct nail terminology. So even when I book my appointments I always ask to please schedule me where there is enough gap period in between . Today I felt the same. As Kelley was filing my nails she kept looking up towards the door & checking her watch. As I was explaining what type of design I wanted , I paused and asked her if she had time or was she in a rush because I would have just settled for my normal simple pink gel set. She explained to me that she always looking up and around just keeping an eye because it’s her shop. After she finished my set and I was paying , her husband says that I made her feel uncomfortable because I’m always asking if she has time or in a rush. His exact words were the last “few” times. I told him that Kelly had already explained to me the situation and he should not be addressing me or making me feel uncomfortable. He said if I feel uncomfortable there are plenty of other nail salons in the area. As a woman I felt helpless, I felt as though he was speaking to me in a demeaning way and this is unacceptable. He was out of line even after I told him that Kelley had already explained to me that she’s not rushing me , he continued to harass me about the situation. I will not recommend this nail salon to anyone . He was extremely unprofessional. Owning my own business here in Ocala, I go above and beyond to make my clients feel comfortable and will never allow this."

I was greeted promptly and sat with Halia. So kind and warm. I told her exactly what I wanted and she exceeded! Even with just a simple color. I will definitely be back."
