"A very bad experience.! When I entered all of my personal info such number of passport and credit card, the computer couldn't complete the transaction. The engine symbol of uploading to get the documents printed never completed the transaction. I waited for about 8 minutes on each try. Then, I tried to called the customer service number, and gave me another number to reach the right agent. I tried called this person with an extension number then the lines sounded busy, same thing happened by trying contact the operator. Do not enter your personal information. Please be aware of this company."

"I got their student policy because I needed it for my visa in Colombia. I thought it was a medical insurance but I was wrong. It is an emergency-only policy. While it did serve its function, the customer support was terrible and misled me at the beginning thinking it was a regular insurance policy. I think it would also be fair to receive full information and a contract from them with all T&C as quite a few things seem to be excluded. In the end, I was able to cancel it and they refunded all the money which I'm grateful for. I'm satisfied now but it was a rough ride."

"Do not buy travel insurance from this company a complete farce. We had s medical emergency and a baggage claim both light both denied. The medical was declined because she takes medication for depression and we went to emergency because she was vomiting and had profuse stomach pain. The hospital did nothing except a blood test to see if there was something serious. Then they wanted us to come back for an ultrasound but we didn't because it was expensive and our of pocket. We got one done as soon as we could upon arrival home in Mexico and it was discovered she has colitis. But because the medical report says she suffers from depression, the claim was denies. So if you suffer from anything preexisting they will make that the reason and denied. Then we get home and a piece of luggage is destroyed and nothing because clothes had not fell out of the bag. The bag is unusealbe and is in the garbage.... no reimbursement...."

"I hope EVERYONE READS THIS POST!!. DO NOT EVER purchase insurance on your trip from this company. My trip to South America for my 10 year anniversary was just canceled due to COVID restrictions on international travel. This company HIDES behind "exclusions" and "terms and conditions" to get out of covering their customers. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED and would be happy to share my experience with anyone who will listen."

"Don't waste your money. We purchased a policy from them for emergency medical care in Bogota, Colombia, and then needed to place a small claim. They don't even have a claim form to fill out and reject our claim based on silly excuses."
