"Usually I bok my own tickets online and pay extra to make sure I have the seat next to my husband. this time I went with travel agency asking ahead of time to make sure I have the seats next to my husband and also FaceTime need the bassinet newborn baby ...I was promised it will be taken care of and I have nothing to worry about . literally 4 days and then weeks I'm trying to contact mean Mindy whatever name is and no reply messages, phone calls after a few weeks finally got ahold of her and she promised me I will get the bassinet . when I logged into the website of the airline I don't have any seat or nothing!!! I called them myself to the airline they told me that I cannot book through them since I went to an agency I have to call that agency and there is no seats hold for me. Called back to Mindy again no reply 2 days straight this time. then I sent her a text to please take care of it I will pay the extra that's what I've been saying all those weeks she finally booked the two seats and now she booked the separates on international flight !!! then i loged in and look and I see that she actually cancel one leg of the flight by mistake!!!its just been a headache and I just prefer to cancel everything and rebook it myself because it seems like they don't know what they're doing and I will never ever recommend anyone to use them because I would never do it to anybody to deal with them the way I've been dealing with them"
