"Recently moved to pcb and I'm disabled and 65, have severe anxiety and PTSD. Got to facility and was panicking got flat tire. The lady wouldn't even help calm me down then told me to drive on a flat around corner. Went around corner no tire place. So got lost then got back on 23rd still driving on flat and found tire facility the opposite direction of what the lady said. No compassion whatsoever for custmers. The girls need to have knowledge of tanning."
"I get 1 tan a Month for 15.00 a month and I walk in today only to be told they have no bronzers and they probably won't be in until week after next. So, I went on in anyway because I don't have but a few days before it's too late for Nov. I walked out of there like I got absolutely nothing! I'm very upset because I missed out on my November sorry tN."

"Just want to say it's not ethical to try and keep someone's money that they have paid on their account for your own purpose, I put my account on hold months ago because we were relocating and called to try and cancel I was told I could not cancel over the phone, ok so I drove 1.5 hours to cancel and had 45$ credit on my account the girl at the register was very rude! Said well ma'am there's really nothing I can do if you do not want to purchase anything but the cheapest thing we have is 60$ so I've been giving you "free" money MY money and you can't even give me a gift certificate for someone else?? This is not right at all!! I refuse to leave MY money that paid for nothing so have to shell out 20$ more dollars for something I didn't even need... Disappointed to say the least and I Will let everyone that I know that this is exactly how you choose to do business. Not about the money it's about respect and morals!"
