"Absolutely phenomenal experience. The trip: Norway- northern lights, We originally booked our trip pre-Covid and had to reschedule our trip since it was supposed to be in 2020. During the entire shut down and closure I was kept updated about the trip. I was given recommendations and different options to choose regarding possible rescheduling or refunds. Ultimately my husband and I decided to postpone the trip till 2023, and it was beyond our expectations. Although we had to change some parts of our trip due to personal reasons, our contact at the company- had about 4-5 different helpers, helped personalize the trip to our needs. I was nervous and worried about our trip at first, regarding meeting places, tickets, and translation. Everything was so well arranged/organized and every tour guide/transportation we had, spoke the needed language, and were so kind. Any last minute changes or updates, we were contacted immediately and followed up with. Contact support was always there- we didn't need it because ultimately everything went so smoothly. Really allowed me to enjoy our trip and relax. Absolutely loved all the recommendations to activities/sight seeing. They definitely know what they are talking about. This trip would not have gone as well as it did if I had to take care of all the details myself. The hotels were all great, activities/ guides great, everything was just great. We will definitely be planning another trip with them in the near future."

"Amazing vacation!! The best ever & we travel alot. Without Firebird tours we could have never planned this on our own with the awesome results. Our planner Margarita was so helpful & knowledgeable. Even after I made a mistake on our airline tickets she adjusted the trip to make it work! We knew what we wanted to see in the UK. London, Scotland & Ireland. But to execute the plan from transfers, to hotels & excursions was a little much. I researched other tours from the "big bus group tours" to planing on our own. Check the photos..we were at Big Ben in London. Huge group of tourist behind us all wearing orange. My husband agreed we did not want to be one of the orange people following a flag! Firebird made the trip worth every cent!!! In 10 days we were able to see what we wanted in luxury. Twice we were stuck on the airport runway for over 2 hrs. When we arrived our driver was waiting both times. The 1st time was Miami to London, the driver waited without being told by Firebird. On the runway in Dublin I contacted Firebird customer service & they were on it!!! They notified drivers & the hotel. Since we were late to the hotel the only room left was a beautiful suite which they upgraded us to at no additional charge. Hats of to the staff at the Gore Hotel in London. Will plan future trips with Firebird Tours, clearly top knotch professionals & we can not recommend them highly enough."

"Every step of the way with Firebird Tours was professional and well executed. There was never pressure to commit to the tours during the planning stage. It actually took several months to put this this trip together and our trip coordinator, Julia, was patient and responsive during and after the planning process. When we arrived in Rome we were immediately impressed with the level of service we received from our drivers and hotel staff. The hotel was well appointed and conveniently located for exploring the local sights. Our tours were phenomenal and led by engaging and experienced guides who went above and beyond to create the best experience while in Rome. Every step of the way with Firebird Tours exceeded our expectations and created beautiful memories of our time in Rome."

"We truly enjoyed our experience with Firebird Tours/Triptile to customize our trip to London, Naples & Rome! Everything from the initial planning to the actual trip went well. It was nice to not have to worry about transportation between airports and train stations as well as for the tours. There was a hiccup or two but those were solved right away by the support team. "Firebird Tours have been with us for almost five years now. I originally booked this trip in Late 2018 for 2020, and we all know what happened! This was the husbands dream vacation. 9 Day tour of Whisky Distilleries in Scotland. We had five scheduled, but toured 9 in the end! We orginally pushed it off to 2021, but then that had to get rescheduled, but I had 2022 fully booked, so here we are in September 2023. Firebird Tours did not have to wait with me uuntil I was available, but they were very accomodating! Obviously, we had plenty of time to plan and coordinate. The representatives were always responsive, though it may be a different person each time, they are knowledgable and helpful. The trip was like a private tour of Scotland. We took planes, trains and automobiles across Scotland, and at every turn we had guidance and help. All our accomodations were laid out, as well as, all transportation coming and going. There was a driver waiting for us at every stop prepared to take us to the next step. I was able to book tours for each day, as well as, book dinners at various stops. We seriously never had a worry. On one occasion our tour was canceled due to not enough interest, but Firebird was on top of the situation, and gave us a few alternatives, one of which we chose, and it turned out to be better than our original plan! ***Warning here*** make sure you have data connection while travelling. You may need to contact Firebird Support through their app or check your email for changes. The app is super easy and came in handy on more than one occasion, and Support responded immediately each time! They were very conscientious to make sure we were completly taken care of. I highly recommend this tour company, and we will keep them in mind if we travel to Europe again."
