"Horrible customer service, literally horrible. Instead of informing you about what to do, if you’re going it wrong, they will only shame you! My grandpa went there asking for help to make his passport and they HUMILATED him in front of everyone…a truly horrible experience."

"Very bad and frustrating experience, do not recommend! I have send some staff to my family in Cuba but I have so much inconvenients so I do not recommend to anyone at all. However if you still using this service be ready to have some delays and be aware that they are not delivering to your family home. Your family need to go and getting at the location that will be assigned later when the things are in Cuba."
