"Unfortunately I cannot speak to the fact if they're a good travel agent or not. I never got the chance. After several messages and multiple phone calls with never an answer, I finally was able to get a hold of them. They sent me an email with instructions on how to start working with them. All I would need to do is send them a $250 non-refundable deposit and hope for the best. Not one answered phone call. Multiple messages left with no response.. no human contact whatsoever, they expected me to trust them with a $250 non-refundable security deposit. Use your own judgment and decide if this is the type of company you want to deal with or not."
"Rachel did an amazing job setting up a 15 day, fun-filled European trip of a lifetime for my husband and I! We traveled to three countries (Italy, Switzerland & France (Paris)) and everything was perfectly planned out. From airplanes, trains rides to & from the hotels and beyond, Rachel provided top notch service & we are beyond grateful for her! She was thorough, punctual with responses, and so personable! She really listed to our requests & made great recommendations regarding places to stay and exciting unique excursions during the days.
