We assist Venezuelans in obtaining Temporary Protected Status (TPS) which allows them to live and work legally in the USA. Those who have continuously resided in the US before or on March 8, 2021 are eligible to apply within the next 180 days (until September 9, 2022).
We also help individuals obtain permanent residency, commonly known as a "Green Card," through family sponsorship. In some cases, it may not even be necessary to go through the Embassy of your country; depending on the family member sponsoring you, it may be possible to adjust your status from non-immigrant (visitor, student, etc.) to immigrant while within the US.
We provide assistance with various types of work visas, investment visas, visas for individuals with extraordinary abilities, artists, and job offers, among others. Our founder, Víctor, graduated as a lawyer in Venezuela in 1997 and holds two master's degrees from the United States. He obtained an LL.M in International Legal Studies from American University in Washington D.C. and an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
