"I am pretty sure this is a SCAM Website! Watch out! They use the info you gave them to go into your reservation but they have nothing to do with the actual airline or travel agency!!"
"I wish I could give them zero star. Do not get fooled by their customer services. We missed our flight to Panama and I called them and they charged us $2700 no show fee when we had the boarding pass. Now when I call the airlines (COPA airlines), they say they do not have documentation of the no show fee paid and want to charge again $1000. This is beyond insane. The specific person I talked was David Malan to make the payment."
