"I was very surprised to receive such a rude email from your employee Thomas Hollembaek. When he called I was in the middle of taking care of my child, that was crying and needing my attention. So of course I did not want to talk to someone about a cruise, and I hung up the phone. I’m guessing he has never been hung up on before, since he sent me an email immediately after saying “Thank you for taking the time to hang up on me today.” In addition, the phone could have just been disconnected due to a bad signal, he does not know. I am extremely disappointed in your customer service."
