"If I could I would give 0 stars for this unprofessional and unsafe business. Today I had the unfortunate displeasure of experiencing what can only be described as a complete lack of empathy and professionalism from a service man at a watersports facility. To say that I am disappointed with the customer service I received would be a gross understatement. During my visit to this establishment, I was enjoying some peaceful paddleboarding on the water and when I was getting back on short a service person who gives out the equipment deliberately pushed a kayak with two people towards the paddleboard when I was standing and trying to go back on shore. The result? I was suddenly submerged underwater, my paddleboard overturned, and I was left struggling to regain my composure. What truly boggles my mind is that the service man didn't make the slightest attempt to help me get back to shore. Not a single offer of assistance, not a word of apology, nothing. It was as if my safety and well-being were of no concern to him whatsoever. I was left to fend for myself, soaking wet and disoriented, desperately trying to right my paddleboard and make my way back to the shore. This incident not only ruined what should have been a peaceful and enjoyable day on the water, but it also left me feeling deeply frustrated and disheartened by the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism displayed by this establishment's staff. Customer service should be about ensuring the safety and satisfaction of patrons, not endangering their well-being and leaving them to fend for themselves in a potentially dangerous situation. I would strongly caution anyone considering patronizing this watersports facility to think twice. If you value your safety, dignity, and overall experience, I suggest you seek out an establishment that prioritizes customer service and values the well-being of its patrons. My unfortunate encounter serves as a stark reminder that not all businesses take their responsibilities to customers seriously, and this one, in particular, should be avoided at all costs. Response to the owner: you teach paddle? first of all - you need to learn how to provide a customer service as those skills are missed by you and your employees. I will be disputing charges made by your establishment with my bank. It was your fault as you steered a canoe directly to me vs waiting until I am on shore, Lack of consideration and first of all safety. I will be reporting your establishment to appropriate authorities."

"Thsi place is actually really fun. We went kayaking more than once. You can kayak to a beach and hang out there, we rented a double kayak for $50 so it could get pricey if you have a larger family...good service overall. I believe they have a few different options."

"I had an amazing, first time, kayaking experience with Henry as our tour guide. He was in contact with us from the day we booked the tour until arrival providing updates on weather for our scheduled date as it had rained the day before. The kayaks included life jackets and paddles. Henry was courteous, professional and friendly. Big plus, he speaks spanish which some in our party preferred as it is their native tongue. He was kind enough to take pictures and videos of us during the experience. Great communication and service. I would definitely recommend and will be using them for future experience(s)."

"What an incredible and seamless experience from beginning to end! My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to rent a tandem (double) kayak to catch some dolphins out in the sea and though sadly we didn’t get to see any this time around we had such a great experience and look forward to our next trip! Henry was super knowledgeable and responsive the whole way through, from the initial phone call to even after we were done kayaking, suggesting a cool place to check out nearby. Though the earliest time slot listed online is at 7:30am Henry was kind enough to show up earlier so we could catch the sunrise. He even offered a FaceTime call with us when we were halfway through our trek and had questions about the map and helped guide us to our next spot. We’re so glad we found and opted with Kayak 305! If you want the full kayak experience I highly recommend going for the 6 hour option. The price was incredibly affordable and it was the perfect amount of time to make it around the whole route Henry supplied us with. I’d also recommend you wear a big hat or sombrero and bring some sunblock as it will get hot in the afternoon, bring some water, a lunchbox with some food, and a speaker to help set the vibes. P.S. The Kayak we were given was super high quality, never felt like we were gonna tip over, sturdy and stable enough to hold us both as well as a backpack and a lunchbox. We were also supplied with life vests, though we never felt the need to have to use it. P.P.S. Be prepared to do a ton of rowing if you plan on exploring all of Maule lake and the Intercoastal and making it around the entire route and map All in all an incredible experience all around!!!"

"Such a nice and beautiful place to spend a special occasion with friends. The staff will explain everything so pay attention to the route so you don’t make it harder for yourself and go against the current, like I did. Haha regardless of that still a fun cheap experience at Alfresco’s."
