"Here is a complete and honest review of my 6-night stay. I got a call prior to the reservation day from David (the owner) to make sure we were still arriving only to find he had marked the arrival date wrong and had over booked our first night. David was apologetic and offered to find us a room a hotel room in the area. This was not a big deal being we had a late arriving flight. I offered to find the room and David agreed he would cover the charge and he did. The house is located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale which was perfect for us wanting to explore both cities. David came and checked on us the first afternoon after work to make sure all was good and should we need anything give him a call. The house is divided into 3 units from what I can tell, and we stayed in unit 03. This is a one bedroom one bath with an open space living room-kitchen area. This was optimal for my wife and I since we have different sleep patterns. The unit was clean but cluttered, there was probably anything you could need there. The neighborhood was safe, whatever you wanted was within a short distance. Overall, I was happy with the rental."

"I stayed here with my sister who had surgery done,David the owner was very helpful always made sure we had every thing we needed even though the place was stocked with every thing..It was a very comfortable and quiet area,you have restaurants and stores very close by , plus the beach is near by as well!! We really enjoyed our stay and much appreciated of David who also gave us extra items to make things easier on my sister after surgery! If we ever go back this the place we would definitely come back to!!! Thank you again David,your awesome!!!"

"We had a great time at David's place. The apartment is gorgeous! you feel you are at a resort at the beach, super clean and beautifully decorated, anything you might need for your stay you will find it, toiletries, towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. Nice flat tv with netflix HBO and more, but the best part was our host, the communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. David is the most kind, thoughtful host I've met, he greeted us when we got there and continued to check up on us to make sure we were comfortable or if we needed anything, we even made a mistake by doing a double reservation and he took the time to call to make sure we were not being charged extra fees! This place is a gem!!! Highly recommended!"

"Our visit was nothing less than fantastic. David was a wonderful host, who was extremely attentive to our needs. From the local eateries that I would have never known existed, down to great parking spots for isolated beaches, he really went out of his way to make sure we had a great trip! I would highly recommend renting his house for your next stay. He keeps it in tip top shape. I was impressed with the layout, and the cleanliness, as well as all of the amenities that the house came equipped it!"
