"Michele is excellent. She knows travel and is very good at what she does. Highly recommend. She made our arrangements and made sure we had all the necessary documents i.e., visas, passports, vaccinations (Yellow fever and Malaria) were in order. We had a 11 hour layover and she surprised us with a hotel for us to rest up and shower. I can't say enough about Michele. Just go to her and take advantage of her knowledge."
