"The gentleman that was there was rude with my son and me. I visited Orlando in September and the man that was working at the front desk didn't want to gave me information about the "tickets" (Apparently you need to attend a meeting of 90 min in order to get the discount tickets) but He asked me what nationality I was.. Really? who care what nationality I am, I was wanted to buy some tickets for my family Universal Studios. Really bad service..Man was angry and didn't want to give information. He shouldn't be working there if He hate his job..I feel sorry for him."
"Here's how this works, Disney does not give them discounts. It's a buy 1 get 1 type of deal that they label as a "gift" but ONLY if you do a 90-minute tour of Westgate Resorts AND meet their qualifications. There are about 8-12 qualifications one of them being income-based. So if you'd like to entertain this type of thing, great!"
"We had to cancel our upcoming Disneyworld trip because of the pandemic and they were so helpful! They just asked us to mail the theme park tickets back and once they got it, they issued a refund. Took about five days from the time i contacted them for a refund to the time it showed up back on my card. Excellent service! We will definitely get any kind of tickets from them again in the future."
