"Complete SCAM!!! I booked my vacation package (Park, Air Travel, Hotel) with Universal Resort Vacations and the airline then canceled the return flight without the opportunity to book a different flight on the same day. My hotel and park tix now didn't coincide with the days that the flights would be available making this trip impossible. When I called Universal I was told this isn't their problem and to deal with the airline, but because I didn't book/pay through the airline directly I can not get a refund and will have to lose out the $3K I paid for this trip. It's extremally awful people have to deal with scams like this especially when they save to take their family on a nice summer vacation. TERRIBLE!!"
"As a human being I deserve to be treated with respect. As a truck driver delivering here. Rick the security working the night/morning of March 2/3. It was right before midnight. He decided to run out saying NOPE NOPE NOPE !!. I politely asked him, "What does that mean?" He stated in return that means you cannot stay here or park here. I politely stated that I have a delivery here in the a.m. he repeated Nope Nope. I politely informed him that he didn't have to be so rude and could've just stated We have a policy that there was no overnight parking and he's customer service was unprofessional. He stated "that's why I moved from customer service and became a security guard." as much as I love universal, please do better truck drivers keep America functioning at its beautiful capacity. We deserve to be treated well."
