"To start off nobody in the company takes accountability for their actions the manager name Margaret doesn’t really care for employees and doesn’t even have the energy to talk to the customers. There is a gentleman there name Simon. He is a decent human being but unfortunately, Margaret is the reason that I have to give this place one star, bad attitude, and bad leader ship I don’t recommend anybody to book with Ocean Holiday’s. They overprice their villas which you can get for a fraction of the price with a different property management I warn you be careful booking with Ocean Holiday’s"

"This was hard to review as we actually booked with the coop travel agent - our paperwork and quote was champions gate - however we are no where near this location and cooop are blaming ocean holidays for putting us in the wrong location and apparently they don’t have any villas available there even tho this is what we’re were quoted - location is the main issue but the Villa we are in is dirty can’t use the pool and my daughter fell on the rotten decking which was so dangerous they have actually removed the whole deck whilst we are staying here - I just want to move to the location promised but getting no joy have 5 days in this terrible location avoid this company and the coop"

"Currently on holiday in Florida and Ocean-holidays are responsible for a lot of issues. PLEASE READ ON. We paid 16K (UK money) for a 6 bed house in champions gate resort that includes shuttle services to disney parks and great facilities. Upon touching down in the US we received WhatsApp messages informing us our accommodation was no longer available and they have placed us in a smaller house, in a poor location with little to no facilities. We have to drive and pay for parking to disney every day. The house was not clean. No games room and we purchased additional food to be waiting for us and we never recieved. I have contacted Harry Hastings CEO and happy to supply anybody with his email contact. We have had no apology, thus far offered $500 as compensation. Ocean holidays have breached their own terms. Caused us incredible inconveniences and I might suggest owe us in the thousands not the hundreds. WIll UPDATE WHEN WE HAVE A RESOLUTION- I suspect we will have to take this further on our return to the UK."

"Would never use again STAY CLEAR! We arrive at our villa we booked through HAYS to fine the pool hasn’t been cleaned or wasn’t heated after paying £500 for and when we phoned a number of times to ask them to do so the just said it’s been logged and someone will be over to sort it out and 8 days in it’s still dirty and cold! The netting around the pool is damaged so the bugs are still getting in, the place is run down and in desperate need of a good clean and paint up! I’m not expecting the ritz but for 16 large holiday we expect more than a 3* villa Never again will I book through these again and all I can now do is urge others to stay clear and avoid disappointment!"

"This company was the worst. We had booked a home for a family reunion in Championsgate. We arrived at check in and the house was filthy and smelled of urine. Our sheets had not even been cleaned and there was still sand on the loveseats in the living room from the previous visitors. The pool was dirty and we were left with dirty, wet towels that were folded by the bathroom sinks. I had contacted Ocean Holidays the first night we had arrived. They said someone would call me back in the morning to come fix the issues. However, that never happened. We were there for a total of 5 nights and I was calling them multiple times a day to come clean to no avail. Even the broom that they left for sweeping if needed was covered in dirt and mud and useless. Absolutely horrible experience with them and do not recommend them to anyone."
