"Go with a different travel agency! You're better off buying your plane ticket via kayak or something of that sort! My travel agent, Anna, spelled my name wrong on my plane ticket and gave me an extremly confusing itinerary. Because of this, I missed my flight. I had attempted to call, text and email the agent and the travel agency several times. No one got back to me for almost three days! Not only was my flight to my destination lost, but then they had the audacity to tell me that my flight back home was also void. I have never experience such inconsiderate, unprofessional staff in my entire life. The customer service provided throughout the entire process was little to none. Even booking my flight was an unpleasant experience. After all the confusion and hastle, the company refused to refund or work with me to correct the issue in any way. This issue had me in tears, and frankly, no one could care less. Use a different company!"

"We used Sanlando Travel for our trip to Germany/Iceland. Although we encountered luggage issues at the airport, we contacted Jeff and his staff and they rectified the issue. The trip was amazing, all of the hotels we stayed were very nice, the rail system was seamless and it was an incredible experience. We will use Sanlando Travel again!"
