"I have mostly had good experiences with this group but I recently called to ask some questions about an international flight and when I said I wasn’t ready to book yet the person I was speaking to literally hung up on me. Not even a “call us back if you need more help” or “have a nice day.” I was just trying to get some questions answered and didn’t really get a great amount of help."

Immediately started telling me how much was my budget and then proceeded to give me old brochures and that they were really busy. Minor information on Italy and discourage to go to one of the cities I wanted to go to. One look at us and I guess they didn’t think we have enough for our plans. Won’t go there again."
