"Do not use this company for your time share rentals. They take your money and never contact you again. They don’t return phone calls or keep you in the loop on the supposed advertisements of your time share rentals. James in customer service raised his voice, demanded I explain myself and spoke disrespectfully. James called me back after our initial conversation and bullied me. Poor customer service for someone who talks to customers on a daily basis. Very unhappy with the service I paid for."
