"For the most part they were helpful with information but they really aren’t as helpful as a travel agent. They more or less want you to do everything yourself. No discounts on airfare now and they are limited as to what airlines they can book. Still good for car rentals but unless you are booking the flight, the hotel and the car you may as well do it yourself. Customer service not at the top of their list. Delivered all the “we can’t do that” in a friendly manner so I was disappointed and not angry when I left."
