"It would be better if we are able to contact the office and not have to go though your call service because they are rude and it is the worst. I don’t understand why we can call the office and talk with a nurse or doctor. Every time I have to call and let the doctor know how my kids are doing as she had ask me to do. I call and the people at the call center tell me the doctor don’t work there and I need to figure out what I am trying to do before calling in and won’t help me. Ontop of that you can not understand them because they don’t speak clear English"

"Best pediatric office in the area! Staff is friendly and very welcoming. Office is super clean which I love. Dr.Alexis Hartert & Lisa are our favorites! They are both such sweethearts! She has done all of my babies shots & has always gone above and beyond for my baby girl. Shoutout to Hilda in the front office as well , she has always been very informative & helpful when scheduling visits or dealing w billing. Would definitely recommend if your looking to find a new pediatric office for your little one."
"Check in is easy. Wait time can vary patient to patient since there are multiple doctors seeing different patients. I’ve been taking my child here for 8 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Always clean, friendly and can get an appointment on kidzdocnow for a video appt asap."
