"We went here approximately 5 weeks ago and had a positive visit about booking our first cruise and since that morning with a promise to call us back the next week with the info we needed,despite two voice-mails and one email ,nobody has responded. Very odd and very disheartening. Don't understand it and will not do business with them Noone EVER tried to contact me ,nor did they return my voice mails with my phone number in case there was any confusion about phone numbet.that is simply not true"
