"I just called to see about getting a quote and the lady that answered the phone was very short with me. I am asking questions because I don’t know. I think that is what you are supposed to do. If you don’t want to be asked questions then you shouldn’t be in customer service nor should you be answering phones. I’ll take my money somewhere else."
"We have been using Candie's for many years because they are the BEST of the BEST! We just returned from a 5 day trip to Washington DC with 31 high school NJROTC cadets and 7 chaperones. Allen, our driver, was superb!. He knows DC very well, is very professional and we had absolutely no issues. We will request him again for all of our future trips."
"After confirming details for a year, this company called the wedding venue of my best friends wedding, one month before the big day, to cancel on her. They also did not even have the courtesy to call the bride herself. Instead they told the venue manager to call her for them to tell her. This was after she re confirmed just a week prior with the company that transportation was all set. Not to mention, all of her guests have RSVP’d (as they were due last month) and responded that they will be utilizing her transportation service. Now, less than a month from the wedding she is left with no transportation and no offer from the company to help find a replacement vendor to solve their transportation issue. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not use this company if you want to have a stress free planning process."
"5 stars for 5 star treatment from Allen, our driver, and a transport with high quality for high expectations. The Mercedes Sprinter was exactly what I had in mind. Clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Too bad the dvd was not working but Allen and I both had backup plans and it all worked out fine. I appreciated the little extra effort to make my experience a good one, no, a really good one. EXCELLENT."
