"The service was fast and courteous. It was pricey. My biggest issue is that one of the plastic covers on the unit fell off inside the unit while he was working. I did inquire about it. His solution was to put tape over the whole left from the plastic piece falling off! Lazy? Lack of work ethic? Brand directive are not focused on thoroughness? Not sure, but not what I expected especially since I asked about it before he left. I believe that As a brand representative he should have taken care of it. I expected more professionalism and pride in work"

"My air conditioner is under warranty and I called Trinity air to see how the warranty works. They said I would have to pay for a technician to come out to diagnose the problem. The fee was $130.00 plus if they go over 30 minutes it would be $70.00 for every half hour. After 3 minutes the tech diagnosed that is was the blower motor which takes 15 minutes to replace. He quoted $375.00 in addition to the $130.00 for the diagnosis. If this was explained properly to me over the phone I would not have used Trinity's service. The repair cost for 15 minutes of work would be over $500.00 . I will not be using or recommending Trinity air conditioning company."
