"Don’t waste your time and money with this company. My mother had a brand new ac installed 3 years ago in her condo. Indoor and outdoor units. 3 years later because her ac is not turning on at all, we find out they incorrectly did the installation without access to a drainage pipe. So here we are, only 3 years later having to PAY THEM to do what they should have done the first time around. We have yet to find out why the ac won’t crank at all though….."

"I had a small vent box leak and had previously had the attic area checked and all was good there.The repair guy came and placed 3 drywall screws to hold the vent box in place and placed mastic around the opening to insure no leaks. Wallah and a 535.00 bill. When I checked with 2 other ac companies and they were both less than 300.00"

"Took advantage of our house sitter while we were out of town. During this visit to our house they showed that they are only interested in how much money they can get out of the homeowner. Do not truly care about the homeowner's needs or situation. Tried to sell a new unit to our housesitter, or suggested a service that would cost $775. It was supposed to be a routine inspection for $95, but it turned into $320. And it did nothing to effect the performance of the AC unit. Good luck with these people!"

"The A/C guy who came to my house. His service was on point. But please have better professionalism when calling to collect payment. I highly recommend to call back to say you don’t want the appointment so you wont go through the headache I personally went through."

"We thought it was a serious company. We decided to change our A/C coil which had a defect and was under warranty. We agree previously in the payment terms and amount. Today the technician came, disarmed the air, which was working, and detected that the tray that was replaced by them 2 months ago was broken. They told us we had to pay an additional $200 for that part that they installed previously and was defective. We did not agree and they decided not to do the job and told the technician to leave and left my A/C disarmed, not working and they did not want to put it as they found and left my house without A/C and told us to look other company. I attach photos and receipts as proof as how the left my home today, even they didn't pick up what they brought. Chris and Monica were very unprofessional and show that this company is an scam to customers. WE NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND HIGHLY DON'T RECOMEND IT."
