"Ezequiel was amazing. He was so professional. He explained everything to my friend Jason(homeowner) and I slowly and articulately. We’ve had 5 or 6 companies come out before Ben Franklin and they were slightly arrogant and tried to gouge us with a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. One guy from JCN plumbing used some rehearsed script on my friend which was a lot of fun to watch but ultimately a waste of time. He was like a used car salesman. Do yourself a favour if you have plumbing issues and call Ben Franklin. Ask for Ezequiel."

"Horrible. Not worth even ONE star. Called a few days ago and was told Tuesday was my day so I re-arranged my entire day. I then get a call 10 minutes prior to my time window saying they have cancelled. Being a loyal brand affinity person, I call and give them a chance to come tomorrow, Wednesday. I have a leak in my bathroom and a clog in my sink as well. The next time they offered was not until Friday with ZERO explanation. Rude Rude Rude Rude, typical Miami garbage so I am not surprised. I chose Empire Plumbing who will be here within the hour and I look forward to getting the support I have needed now for two + days. Call Empire Plumbing instead."
