"Extremely expensive, $250.00 per hour. Attempted to charge $2100 for a toilet install. Damaged shower trimmings. After waiting several month for the trim to be replaced the company refused to complete the job. Unethical practices and the technicians are not skilled in higher end installations. Find another company."
"Extremely overpriced. And they charge you $150 just for a quote so you kind of forced to go with their insane price. In my opinion any company in this niche that are still charging a fee for a quote, it means they are a small fish in the industry and lot of customers refuse to work with them after they hear the quote. It is a cash grab … don’t be discouraged finding reliable plumbers that will only charge a fraction of that price, unless you want to have a good laugh hearing their quote then pay the $150 lol."
"I am so thankful for Miami Shores Plumbing and I definitely recommend them if you need an honest and above and beyond plumber. I had a leak in my guest shower. We had one misunderstanding about product availability, but when I raised my concerns with them, they responded very quickly and made sure I was 100% satisfied at the end. "It is a ripoff! They quoted one price "for a visit only" of $225. Half-way through the visit their price for the same visit went up to $250. Then they gave their estimate for what should have been a $1,200 job of... $2,400. We asked them to explain the sudden 100% price gouging jump. They never called back. In summary: they go around and grab money for nothing, and take occasional shots at unsuspecting clients who may be desperate enough to accept their 125% marked-up ripoff prices. Stay AWAY!"
"Had them work on shower fixtures in my downtown Miami condo. Good quality work, scheduler Bradi is pleasure to deal with but three stars due to their push for hourly billing. I was able to convince the owner to switch to a fixed price for my job so I encourage others using this company to do the same."
