"I will say the employees in geek squad are very accommodating and very nice people with the exception of one. I brought my laptop in four times in one week because they fixed one problem I got home and there was another problem so I had to go back and they had to keep the computer again which meant I was missing out on creating business for when I got the computer back they reinstalled Windows 11 without my permission which totally screwed up everything my advice do not upgrade to Windows 11 you won't even be able to find the power off switch. Like I said the employees are wonderful kind compassionate and caring and they have the patience of a saint but I have to say it's hit or miss you never know. My suggestion take the protection plan you'll need it."

He offered several payment options, but I decided to pay in full with a different method. I will definitely keep Matt K. in mind when I'm ready to explore those options in the near future. "I am part of the full tech support and pay a fee for that.. I dropped my laptop off to the geek squad because the fan was making a loud noise. I was receiving complaints on Zoom conference calls and I need my laptop for work. I asked them to clean any dust and debris from the fan. I received a phone call from the geek squad saying nothing was wrong with the fan but that the speaker was broken. When I brought my laptop in there was no issue with the speaker. The speakers were coming through crystal clear. My dad picked up my laptop for me. I didn’t fully comprehend the speakers were broken when they called me because It never crossed my mind my speakers weren’t working. Anyway my dad picked up my laptop for me and I didn't actually sign the paperwork saying I was satisfied with the quality of service on my laptop. Which overall is a good thing since under their care they broke my speakers. I have been in tears crying since turning my laptop on this morning for work. I'm so upset to find that the geek squad broke my speakers and want me to pay for the repairs and it will take 4-6 weeks to repair. This is my time, my time is money, and I use my laptop to work from home during these times. You can imagine how upset I am that they are not taking any ownership for the damage they've done. No accountability and talk to me as if I broke the speakers when I handed it to them and the speakers worked perfectly. I’ve had this laptop for two years. The members from the geek squad who worked on my laptop are agent Hinsen and leader Moss. I haven’t had a chance to speak to them but I went to Best Buy this Monday morning when I discovered my speakers were blown the laptop was picked up last night from my dad and the supervisor who was there today was the least helpful he had so sympathy and talked to me as if I brought the laptop in with broken speakers when I didn’t. This man doesn’t have any customer service decency or compassion and I do not write reviews but I’ve never been treated with such carelessness Rashun who is the geek squad supervisor at this location really needs to be reevaluated and reconsidered as a supervisor because he treated me as if the geek squad didn’t break my speakers when they did under their care."

"If you're looking for help with car speakers don't come here. I didn't get the name of the person that I spoke to because I don't even think he had a name tag but he was a West Indian (possibly Guyanese). I came here because I had a question about car speaker wiring for component speakers as they can be very difficult for a NOVICE such as myself. When I asked him installer a question instead of helping me out, he replied in the most condescending way possible to every question I had. He even went as far to make snarky comments to my fianceé about how I didn't know what I was doing and that I was clearly over my head. He obviously had experience and I might have been willing to just cut my losses and have him install it but I will never take my car to this location for anything that has to do with geek squad again and will be making sure I tell others to never come here either. Additionally I will be making sure to verify the man's name and file a formal complaint with corporate."
