Nothing is more frustrating than calling a business, leaving a message with an answering service and then having to wait for them to call you back when your AC doesn't work and you're hot. Everyone I've worked with at Sharkey Air has been pleasant, clean, and TIMELY. They show up when they say they will show up and do the job that they have promised. When our AC motor failed and the replacement motor was on back order they placed a temp motor so we could remain cool. When the temp motor went on the fritz, they came back out and fixed it and also left a temp portable AC unit for us to use in the event the motor failed again. When our back ordered motor finally arrived, they called us immediately and was able to schedule an appointment for the install the very next day. Their prices are fair as well. I look forward to Sharkey Air remaining in business for a very long time . They have my support."
