"At my new home I had a question why my bbq wouldn’t hook up to the gas line. Technician told me my bbq will only run on propane. So - a 5 min Service call consisting of a chat and no work done cost me $135. I was told it normally is $180 and I was getting a deal. Total rip off. Will not use them again. Manager didn’t even have the decency to call me back to discuss."
