"Let me clearly on hidden fees. Customer service seems annoyed with you when you ask about fees. I wasn’t not aware I had to pay a booking fee, was literally told that it was taxes and resort fees. Just to get to the hotel and spend money on taxes and resort fees. I rather go with a different company to pay 600$ for this package , just to pay booking and taxes and resort fees will add up on you. Just didn’t think it was worth it. There are other packages that are better with better services if you ask me. It’s my fault I should have read more and ask more questions? Didn’t see anything I signed saying it’s just for booking, fyi! Go with another company! Monster reservation is what I recommend great customer service and fully explained payments."
