"Our ice maker was not working and I had tried all the obvious fixes, to no avail. I called Appliance Repair of Boca Raton at 9pm, not only did they pick up, but made an appointment for the next morning. When I checked our ice maker that morning, low and behold it was working. I called back and even though they were already on the way, they graciously cancelled our appointment with no questions. What a professional business this is - definitely not something you see these days. In the event I need future appliance repairs, I will absolutely be coming back here. What amazing customer service!"
"Im sorry but I cant recommend, paid and not repair. Fridge was smelling bad and I keep saying it was a failing compressor or a freon leak. The technician said No, and he put laundry detergent on the back to have better smell (Sound weird for me). Next day everything was still the same, I called them and I talked with someone else and he said if is a freon leak there is nothing else we can do. I wish they expressed that option during the visit."
