"Willie and crew will have you generator running like a top! Rolled in with a service appointment for our generator to be looked at because it would stall out repeatedly. They diagnosed the problem as a bad fuel pump and had the parts in stock We chose to have some other service done and ended up staying a few days as they have a small RV park on site. I would say it was a great experience and I left confident that the repair and service was top notch."

"EDIT BELOW: Great communication and a great service team at this Cummins location. This Cummins location is also a Coach Care service center and takes care of a broad range of RV diesel engines. They are currently pretty backlogged due to the Cummins L9 fuel rail assembly inspection/repair campaign, as are most Cummins locations (November 2021). My coach is on the waiting list for this campaign but also had the DEF head sensor issue, which they were able to get me in and take care of to keep the coach drivable. They have a small RV campground where RVs can be parked overnight. I waited on-site for about 6 hours but thankful they could complete the software update with their current backlog. EDIT April 2022: Back for my 2nd service at this location. They failed to contact me for the fuel rail repair, when I came in for something else they acted like I'd never been there though they had previously done repairs on my coach. They also didn't have me on the fuel rail repair list. They had the wrong name and wrong coach listed on my account and then did a DEF sensor delete without telling me that's what was happening. After I questioned why the DEF sensor was disconnected, they offered to reconnect it -- I didn't know at the time that would cause a full derate and leave me stranded on the side of the road. They either didn't know this either or did know and did it anyway, I'm not sure which is worse. I ended up stranded with a full derate. I had to get a tow ($1200) to the nearest Cummins shop the day after the derate and had to pay that shop to do the SAME repair that Orlando had done 3 days before ($800) since Cummins refused to warranty it as Cummins-Orlando had already completed the same repair. Though not as serious, they also damaged tile in the bathroom of the coach where the top engine access hatch is located. That'll be another few hundred dollars. My coach will not be going back to this location."

"Top notch RV generator repair service experience. We full time, so having service can be inconvenient, but the folks at Cummins Coach Care made it a great experience. We stopped in because our Onan generator was not starting and they were the closest authorized repair center that specializes in RV work (some shops won’t take RVs.) They were not able to fit us in that day, but have a nice little campground with electric and water that you can stay at no charge. The next morning they got us in the shop first thing. Fortunately the repair was minor, and they had us on the road by lunchtime. The staff was on point. Willie, the service advisor was very friendly and helpful- everything from helping is back into our site, to offering local dining recommendations. Adam, the operations manager, kept us up to date through the entire process and delivered on all promises. Would definitely recommend this location to all RV owners. And if elsewhere in the country, look for Coach Care centers for folks who understand RVs."
