"Awful experience! Unprofessional; poor attitude; undependable; dishonest. My A/C broke so I scheduled this company for a next day diagnostic/repair. Called the company after the scheduled time to see whether they would be running behind. Tony, owner/manager said he called one number, received no answer, and left a message. Called second number and the person told him he had the wrong address. We had waited all day and never received call at either number. Someone sounding intoxicated had called me earlier asking for a Cody at Howery Lane, which was a wrong number. I don’t know if it was Tony. I tried to assure Tony that he hadn’t called the correct number and he got rude, stating in his southern drawl, “after we don’t get an answer we move on and don’t look back. This conversation is a waste of my time. We can do it Saturday (3 days later) or you can stay hot.” I told him to go to hell and hung up. Bennett and Sons A/C LLC did the work the next day. Was on time; courteous and inexpensive. Save yourself the aggravation and run from A Accurate Air Conditioning & Heating."
