"We had an emergency with a pipe that seperated. The person that came out would not touch anything until we paid $784.00 to simply glue the pipes back together. The drywall was already removed. The rep told me he was going to replace the pvc but after seeing pictures this was not done. I do not feel we were charged correctly for what he said he was going to do. He glued the pipes back together and seemed to have no care that he was taking advantage of people. I will not ever use or recommend this company to anyone if they are going to take advantage of people like this."
