"If I could I'd give Choice Plumbing and Nick 10 stars. I had an after hours emergency and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get anyone out quickly, but my prayers were answered and they were able to send someone out shortly. While the service man was on his way the owner talked me through how to turn off my water, because I had water flooding my yard. When Nick arrived he checked out the situation and put my mind at ease that he could fix it, no problem. Nick gave me an estimate, which was very fair. It took Nick about 2 hours to do the repair, keep in mind all of this was happening after 7:00pm. Nick was very professional and informative. He even hooked up all of my hoses (which he didn't have to do). I would definitely recommend Choice Plumbing and Nick. I will be using them for my future plumbing needs. Thanks Nick and Choice Plumbing."

"WORST company to deal with. Not sure why so many people recommend them. I had an issue where my shower would clog causing the toilet to leak water under the base all over the bathroom floor. I called this company and the first plumber came out and snaked the main line and claimed the problem was fixed. $475 repair. Two days later the problem came back. I called the company back and they sent a different tech to do the EXACT SAME THING. Guess what? The problem came back a THIRD time. I call the company to tell them the plumbers didn’t do their job & the problem is still happening & now they’re making me pay AGAIN to have someone come out when I paid them already and they didn’t fix the problem the first OR second time. At that point, I’d be throwing away money on something you should’ve fixed initially. They wouldn’t budge and still wanted to charge me KNOWING they was supposed to fix the issue the first time and didn’t. Crooks. Just know if you guys use them and they don’t fix the problem they will try to charge again instead of correcting it like they should’ve did the first and second time. All I wanted was for them to fix the issue ALSO, to add to my review since the owner is trying to clear it up with lies. They DID NOT run a camera. I watched the tech myself and all they did was snake it the two times they came there. ALSO, they did not remove wipes. That is also a lie. They removed hair and the second plumber even told me there wasn’t much that was removed since the first tech already came and snaked it the first time. They both assured me the problem was fixed and did not fix the issue."

"Today, February 7, 2024 I contacted choice plumbing in the morning. Kelly answered the phone , answered all my questions and quickly explained the process. There would be a $39 fee for the plumber to come to our house and give us an estimate. If we agreed on the estimate he would proceed with the work and give us a credit for the $39 I felt this was a fair proposal, we receive a text when the plumber was on the way and the work was performed Professionally and with great results. We highly recommend choice plumbing as a professional and outstanding business for central Florida."

"I had used Choice Plumbing's many times for more than 10 years and always have been extremely satisfied with their service. We had a leaking water line that is connected to our water heater and they were promptly here in less than a half hour. Luckily it wasn't anything major but they finished in no time. Prices are reasonable. Will continue to use their services and highly recommend them."

The service I received from Alex was outstanding. Very knowledgeable in plumbing and answered all my questions before leaving my home. Prior to the job Choice Plumbing was quick to answer any questions I had. I first contacted another plumbing company and they would never return calls or answer questions about the items they were going to install. That was not the case with Choice Plumbing. They will answer all your questions no matter how many you ask. I decided to use the Kind e3000uv filter system and salt free softener after checking online reviews. This was a system they did not carry but had no problem allowing me to buy it and then installing it for me. They are five star all the way from the owner down."
