"Nope. Made the appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early. Said phone would be ready in 1 hour 15 minutes. Showed up only to be told it was going to take another half hour and they would call me. I went home. Three hours after taking it in I called. Yes, phone is ready. Two minutes later I get a call from the shop to tell me my phone is ready. Three hours for a one hour repair. Won't make that mistake again. Day 2. Picked up my phone that they had overnight. Went out on the job to take some pictures only to discover that the lens of the camera had been damaged by the technician and could not take any pics. Went back to the shop. They said should take two hours to repair. Two hours later I get a call that they don't have the part after all and I should come get the phone and they will call me when the part gets in. How long? 4-5 business days. Then another trip to the shop for another 2-4 hour wait. OMG. If I had known this was going to happen I would have followed my initial impulse and bought a new phone. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!"
"Broke my phone as I was visiting Florida for a week on vacation was about to miss out on video at Disney and other amazing moments until the guys over at Asurion, Emmanuel and Alonzo fixed me up right.
