"My AC was quite old and constantly giving issues right before last Christmas. I called out Service Experts to give it a tune up, in the vain hope that the unit could be resuscitated. Several technicians came out along with Juan L. After giving it a look, we determined that the AC was a lost cause. Juan gave a quote on a new unit and promised a fast turn-around to install. I compared the Service Experts offer along with a few other and went with Service Experts. Another team came out to install a day or two later without issue. In addition, he credited back the initial visit fee. I appreciate their speed, communication, and quality of the install so far."

"I first used this company back in 2020 when I had an emergency. They responded and came out to fix my issue that was that. Skip to 2023 they called me stating that they actually had a great offer for any service of only 69.00 we agreed and had a tech come out. We had our ac unit cleaned and inspected our tech Sergio was really knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything as he was doing the process and checking the unit. Easily answered all our questions which were alot, he also explained and recommended other services the compay had to offer. Which is great to know as a home owner or even just as a renter. Overall Sergio made the experience stress free and got the issue fixed."
