"Made an appointment online to replace completely cracked cellphone screen. Arrived on time at 5:00 pm and was attended by technician Sean. He checked out the phone, explained what would be done, told me it would be ready by 6:00 pm. I left to do some errands and returned about 6:30. The phone was ready, working, and looked great. Sean was very personable, knowledgable, answered my questions, explained things well. I was very impressed with his care and service. Because I made an appointment online I also received $10.00 off the regular price! I was 100% happy with my experience."
