"nothing but a bad experience with a degree of comfort I rent from a warehouse and they installed a ceiling cassette carrier unit which has been having problems since day one they have come out here to fix the unit multiple times and the unit is still not working since day one I keep getting all kinds of the excuses including that the oils, two of them sitting in my office is the one that was affecting the drain never heard of that before I am in the HVAC business for more than 30 years as a wholesale distributor and have never dealt with a service company that does not know how to repair a simple air conditioning unit. Furthermore, they walked into my office today the owner and saw us suffering with the heat and days without AC simply because I said your unit does not work said have fun this is not how we professional should handle his business. Have fun having heat for two days is not having fun thank you but no thank you for your service ."

"It is so rare today to find someone reliable. They came when they said they would and even called 30 minutes before with an ETA. Fixed the problem quickly, efficiently. Very honest and fair prices. Did I say very knowledgeable??? Definitely will use them again. UPDATE: 11/2/2022 -- Jason & Alexandra came out and replaced the fan motor on my 16-year-old mini-duct system. It works great -- and I thought I would have to replace the unit. Very happy with their services."
